Principal
Kasheila
(Kash) L. Browne, MHP, SFA, has over 25 years experience
in the insurance industry and is the principal at Kash
Browne & Company, LLC providing insurance and benefit
consulting services to businesses in the western United States.
Prior to establishing her business in 1999, Kash spent 8
years as a senior account executive with an international
benefits consulting firm, 13 years and several differing
positions with a major health insurance provider, and 2 years as
sales account executive with a TPA (third party
administrator)/Human Resources consulting firm.
Kash
holds industry designations including Managed Healthcare
Professional (MHP) from Health Insurance Association of
America (HIAA) as well as the Self Funding Academy
Designation (SFA).

MILES BROWNE
Partner/Operations
Mr.
Browne joined Kash Browne & Company
in 2001 to implement appropriate technologies and manage overall
business operations. He has over 25 years experience in
business management and his career has included a variety
of management roles in both technical and non-technical arenas.
He combines a high level of understanding of all aspects
of business, a strong background in innovative strategic
thinking and a hands-on approach to project execution.
Prior to joining
Kash Browne & Company, he spent 5 years guiding
statewide planning for information technology (IT) at the State
of Idaho, 8 years managing voice and data communication
worldwide for an international engineering and construction
company, and 10 years in sales and marketing of
telecommunication systems for a telecommunication industry
leader.
Mr. Browne
received his Bachelor of Business Administration, major in
finance from Idaho State University.

K. Hall
Individual
& Small Business Specialist
Jan
has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.
She joined Kash Browne & Company
in 2006 and is focused on individual and small business clients
(< 50 employees). Prior to joining Kash Browne &
Company, Jan spent 12 years in the Membership and Billing arena
at Blue Cross of Idaho and the past 20 years as an independent
agent focused on individual and small business health and dental
benefits. Jan is a hands-on person and works closely with
clients to put appropriate benefits in place. This
approach, a high level of understanding of all aspects of the
benefits industry and strong service skills showcase Jan's
commitment to clients.
Jan is
a Past President of Soroptimist International, Boise and has be
a member since 1992.
Connie
Liposchak
Human
Resources, Benefits & Compensation Specialist
Connie
Liposchak, SPHR has over 17
years as a Human
Resource professional.
She spent 5
years leading teams of Human Resource professionals providing
support to up to 11 engineered wood products plants (up to 2400
employees) across the United States and Canada, and
2 years
managing U.S. and Canadian benefits, including welfare,
retirement and time off, for
company of 4,000 employees.
Also, Connie directed
benefits department staff during the transition associated with
acquisition by larger company. She
spent 6
years managing U.S. and Canada health, disability, life
insurance and cafeteria
plan benefits with a budget of over $10 million and 4 years
performing cash management, fund accounting, administrative and
participant record keeping functions and customer service for
three defined contribution plans.
Connie
received her BS,
Business
Management, from the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho, 1987
and is a member of Human Resource Association of the Treasure
Valley (HRATV) and the National Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
